All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders.
As all our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
